By hosting this international conference, KSGAAL sets its sights on advancing Arabic language education and promoting it globally to keep pace with the latest developments across all domains. The conference also aspires to foster an optimal environment for developing and enhancing the Arabic language while encouraging the engagement of scholars, researchers, and linguistics experts.

The conference will explore six key themes: modern methodologies for teaching Arabic as a second language, development of instructional materials for Arabic as a second language, assessment, and evaluation strategies, innovative tools and technologies for teaching Arabic as a second language, the present and future of Arabic language education in Korea, language planning for Arabic education and language teaching in Korea.

The conference is designed for Arabic language instructors for non-native learners, professors, academics, and researchers in Arabic language studies and related fields. It is a unique opportunity to enrich scholarly sessions and panel discussions with the participation of distinguished experts and researchers from Saudi Arabia, Korea, and a handful of other countries.
KSGAAL has spearheaded several conferences, seminars, and meetings. Recently, it successfully hosted a specialized international conference centered on language testing. Looking ahead, KSGAAL is gearing up for another international conference on computational linguistics. Widely recognized in South Korea for their contributions to Arabic language education, these esteemed institutions share a mutual interest in promoting Arabic culture.
KSGAAL organizes this conference as part of its strategic role in supporting the Arabic language. By building partnerships with international entities dedicated to promoting the language, KSGAAL underscores its commitment to investing in initiatives that empower the Arabic language, preserve its linguistic integrity and cultural identity, enhance its global presence, raise awareness of its importance, and facilitate Arabic teaching and learning inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
