Minister Of Culture: The King Salman Global Academy for The Arabic Language is a Confirmation of The Kingdom’s Leadership

His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture, expressed his deepest thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense (may God protect them) for their unlimited support for culture and intellectuals, praising His Highness the Cabinet’s approval of the establishment of the King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language.

His Highness the Minister of Culture said: “The King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language bears a name dear to all of us, in appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques -may God protect him- and for his sincere efforts to serve Arab culture, his keenness on the Arabic language and his support for all efforts made to preserve,” explaining that it will be a global academy to serve the Arabic language and support its modern applications, which confirms the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving the language of the Noble Qur’an.

The establishment of the King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language comes to highlight the status of the Arabic language, activate its role regionally and globally, and enhance its value expressing the linguistic depth of Arab and Islamic culture.

The academy will work to enhance the Arab cultural identity, and its activities include supporting Arabic language applications, products and research in the Kingdom and the Arab and Islamic worlds.
